Please Read Before Booking an Appointment

At RA'RA we will always strive to be as flexible and catering to appointments that are most convenient for you. We understand that your time is valuable, so will always update you of confirmation and/or alterations to your appointment with as much notification as possible.

Appropriate time will always be catered for at your appointment to ensure the best quality treatment is provided.

With this in mind, it is important that the same value of time and schedule is reciprocated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please notify RA'RA a minimum 24-48hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in a cancellation fee that can be deducted from your required Booking Fee on file or can be requested to be paid prior to re-scheduling or future appointments made.

Gift Vouchers are also subject to the cancellation policy.

All bookings will receive a courtesy confirmation text 72hrs prior to your scheduled appointment/s as a friendly reminder. *Please note: These are a courtesy and it is at the clients discretion to always make note of their appointment/s date + time.

30 - 45min Appointments: Require minimum 24hrs notice of change/cancellation

1Hr+ Appointments: Require minimum 48hrs notice of change/cancellation

2Hrs+ Appointments: Require minimum 48hrs notice of change/cancellation

CANCELLATION FEE

In the event of late cancellation to your appointment [falling inside the minimum required notice period], the full Booking Fee amount, as listed below will be deducted and/or be requested prior to any future appointments made.

Failing to attend without notification will require minimum 75% - full payment of the service/s booked in prior to any future appointments being made and current Booking Fee remain on file to re-secure any future session/s. In the event of no future appointment being made, the Booking Fee on file will be redeemed.

* NO SHOWS ARE NOT NICE - We wouldn’t ever not show up to cater for your service without notification, so share the love/respect back and always touch base. We totally appreciate accidents happen, so long as there is the understanding of costs having to be covered and sincere mistake, we will happily have you back at RA’RA :)

BOOKING FEE POLICY

RA'RA reserves the right to secure a booking fee upon making an appointment at any time. Your booking fee will be held in credit and redeemed at time of appointment, can be saved on file to secure future/ongoing treatments or used as a cancellation fee to cover loss in the event of late cancellation or no show as per the RA’RA Cancellation Policy

ALL Booking Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and can not be issued a refund in any case. In the event of cancellation with sufficient notice, booking fee’s will be saved for future bookings or can be used in studio on treatments and/or product purchase, transferred to another client or converted to a Voucher to gift to someone.

Booking Fee’s are required for ALL one time and ongoing treatment bookings.

30 - 45min Services | $50

1 - 1.5hr Services | $75

2 - 2.5hr Services | $100

3hrs+ | $150+

Please Note: The forfeiting of booking fee’s in the event of circumstances falling under the cancellation policy is in place to cover the loss of staff wages and basic business costs. We are as flexible with clients as possible and understand things come up in life but please appreciate our time is also valuable and we are a small business that gets impacted greatly when notice is short or failing to show up, resulting in us unable to replace the booking.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5mins prior to your appointment to ensure and enjoy the full service time. NEW Clients, please arrive 10mins prior to complete introductory consult forms.

RA'RA will endeavour to always start at your exact appointment time to ensure the best results in a relaxed and time efficient setting.

*All appointments include full consultation. 

LATE ARRIVAL

Late arrival may compromise the outcome of the best possible results. RA'RA enjoys back to back appointments and won`t interfere with a following clients appointment in the event of lateness. So for the best possible treatment, be sure to arrive on time. 

Late arrival to your appointment can result in your appointment being changed and/or rescheduled. If your appointment has to be altered or cancelled, you will be liable for the full service fee of appointments originally booked.

We appreciate things happen, so will take into consideration extreme situations, at our discretion.

CHILDREN IN THE STUDIO

We completely appreciate the juggle with the little ones can be a struggle and its never our intention to not be considerate of this. However, we are also mindful that clients are here to enjoy high end results and experience, so to ensure this, our stylists need full focus throughout the entirety of the services provided and allow our clients their own personal relax time that everyone deserves. Please be courteous to our request to not bring babies and/or children under the age of 16 to the studio and please dont make us be that place that has to politely re-schedule your session :)


COVID - 19

Our commitment to you! While we feel COVID-19 is well behind us RA’RA Studio always prides itself on the highest of hygiene practises and we are still incorporating additional measures amongst the COVID pandemic to ensure both piece of mind + next level precautions for the safest return of our all our clients to the studio.

Ongoing COVID SAFE PLAN

  • Masks: Masks are not mandatory upon entering, during treatment/s or whilst exiting the studio. Should you still wish to wear a mask during any attendance to RA’RA, please feel free to do so and our stylists are more than happy to also wear a mask at your request if required. Stylists may also wish to wear masks at their discretion throughout any/all service/s.

  • Sanitisation: Sanitiser + Hand Washing facilities are still allocated throughout the studio for the use of both clients + staff. All hand washing stations are provided with disposables for individual use p/person.

  • Social Distancing: While social distancing is no longer mandatory, it is still encouraged for the safety of all our clients and team members within the studio. Appropriate measures are still in place to ensure social distancing for the completion of treatments + waiting areas. Hair Stations are appropriately distanced, alongside Beauty Services having one to one occupants within the treatment rooms. This sadly means no guests | children will be permitted within the treatment rooms or studio to assist with square meter distancing precautions.

  • Cleaning + Disinfection: In addition to standard RA’RA cleaning + hygiene practises, medical grade disinfectant is used between appointments on common surfaces. All equipment is sterilised between clients + all consumables are single use only, as per standard protocols.

  • Thankyou: For continuing to support the above measures we have kept in place to provide you + our team with the safest environment possible, while still maintaining all those RA’RA Vibes!


COVID CANCELLATION POLICY

With the uncertainty of COVID still coming in waves and effecting our day to day way of living, we completely appreciate and support the need to adjust your RA’RA Bookings based on precaution, safety and wariness. We care for our clients safety, well being and will accomodate as much as possible. In the event of restrictions being put back into place last minute at any given date, this is also something we will work our hardest to be flexible with.

Being a small business, we too hope you can appreciate the need to apply certain policies in the event of cancellation based on circumstances surrounding COVID. This is purely to allow this small business to continue to provide services to our clients for the foreseeable future, without letting the pandemic potentially effect the sustainability of keeping our doors open.

With this is mind, please refer to our Cancellation Policy requirements as outlined below, as will also be applied in the event of cancellations surrounding COVID-19 situations. As mentioned, we will be as understanding and flexible as possible and have done so throughout the peak of this pandemic. With the larger majority of patrons now having had COVID and practises/methods in place to make yourself aware of potential illness ahead of scheduled appointments, we do just ask that upon changes to your circumstances, that we are notified within the required minimum 24-48hr cancellation period. This is to make adjustments to any bookings allowing minimal disruption to both parties schedules as possible and to avoid cancellation fees that politely now won’t be as flexible as during the height of the pandemic.

We hope you appreciate our studios flex and hidden hardships through these testing times of last minute cancellations. We have been as courteous as we can with not passing this back onto the client and hope you can continue that support with our update of this flexibility now re-aligning with where the current pandemic climate and practises now sit.
